Welcome to Good Mood Club , high -quality single -family homestay in Hengchun Town, Pingtung County! [Legal Homestay Registration Number: No. 1097] We are the National Travel Carter Store, supporting credit card payment, and providing peace of mind and convenience for your journey.

Since opening in 2021, we are committed to creating a warm, comfortable, private and fun accommodation space . There are 5 rooms in the homestay. Whether it is family tourism, traveling with each other, or old friend gatherings, you can choose to check in with 6 to 14 people, enjoy the space exclusively, and play unrestrained!

The living room provides rich leisure facilities, including electric mahjong tables, karaoke equipment, and the latest PS5 game consoles to meet the needs of all ages. We also provide outdoor barbecue equipment. You can spend good time with your relatives and friends under the starry sky.

Each room is equipped with wet and wet separation bathrooms and exclusive balconies. The design is simple and elegant, so that you can enjoy a clean and comfortable accommodation environment every moment. There is also an indoor elevator in the bed and breakfast. • Five-Room Entire House: The entire house has five rooms (3 double rooms + 2 quadruple rooms), only for your group, no other guests. Discount for consecutive stays: -1000 TWD. Stay 2 days: -2000 TWD. And so on...
• Four-Room Entire House: The house has five rooms; you can choose four rooms, and the remaining one will be closed off. The entire house is reserved for your use. Discount for consecutive stays: -500 TWD. Saturdays, national holidays, continuous holidays, New Year's Eve, and Spring Festival do not offer four-room plans.
• Three-Room Entire House: The house has five rooms; you can choose three rooms, and the remaining two will be closed off. The entire house is reserved for your use. Discount for consecutive stays: -500 TWD. Saturdays, national holidays, continuous holidays, New Year's Eve, and Spring Festival do not offer three-room plans.

【Check-in Instructions】

• 2024 peak season definition: July 1 to August 31 is peak season, other times are off-season.
• Off-season definition: April 1 to June 30, September 1 to October 31.
• November to March off-season: November 1 to March 31 of the following year.
• Continuous holidays are three or more days of national holidays, the last day is considered a weekday price.
• From January 1, 2025, in line with the Ministry of Environment and the Tourism Bureau's "Green Amenities Policy," the B&B will not provide personal hygiene products, please bring your own.
• Rooms only provide wall-mounted (bottled) shampoo, body wash, large bath towels, and small towels.
• If disposable toiletries are not provided, such as toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, shower cap, comb, bottled water, please inform the host in advance.
• Eco-friendly kettles and water cups are provided in each room, please use them.
• Green living, sustainable journey, environmental protection starts with you and me. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and wish you a pleasant stay.

Extra Beds:

• Additional person 300 TWD/person (including toiletries).
• Extra bed 500 TWD/person on weekdays (including toiletries and bedding), 1000 TWD/person on holidays, New Year's Eve, Spring Festival (including toiletries and bedding).
• Free for children under 3 (excluding breakfast, toiletries, and bedding), 300 TWD/child aged 6-16 with children's meal portions for breakfast.
• Check-in time: After 3:00 PM, Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM.
• For the next guests' benefit, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, smoking areas are provided in open spaces and balconies.
• Please take care of the B&B facilities, any obvious damage will be compensated based on the situation.
• Strictly prohibited: Drug use, illegal activities. Any violations will be reported to the police immediately.
• To ensure a smoke-free environment, a deposit of 3000 TWD will be collected on the check-in day, and will be fully refunded if no damage or smoking is detected at check-out.
• If pets are staying, please inform in advance, a deposit of 1000 TWD/pet and an additional cleaning fee of 500 TWD/pet will be charged.
• Deposit will be refunded immediately if there is no strong odor or pet excrement after check-out (cleaning fee not refundable).
• If children's bathtubs or swimming pools are needed, please inform in advance for preparation.
• Breakfast is not provided, recommended Western and Chinese breakfast shops or menus in Hengchun will be offered. Western breakfast can be delivered to the B&B with advance order.
• Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out.

【Cancellation & Rescheduling】

• For weekday reservations, cancellation or rescheduling is accepted two weeks before check-in time. Within two weeks, a certain percentage of the deposit will be deducted for cancellation without special reasons.
• 70% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 10-13 days before the scheduled weekday stay.
• 50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 7-9 days before the scheduled weekday stay.
• 40% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 4-6 days before the scheduled weekday stay.
• 30% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 2-3 days before the scheduled weekday stay.
• 20% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 1 day before the scheduled weekday stay.
• No deposit refund will be given if cancellation is made on the scheduled weekday stay or no notice is given, and the B&B has the right to re-sell the entire house rental for that date.

Saturdays Check-Out Rules:

• For Saturday reservations, cancellation or rescheduling is accepted four weeks before check-in time. Within four weeks, a certain percentage of the deposit will be deducted for cancellation without special reasons.
• 70% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 28 days before the scheduled Saturday stay.
• 50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 15 days before the scheduled Saturday stay.
• 20% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 7 days before the scheduled Saturday stay.
• No deposit refund will be given if cancellation is made 3 days before the scheduled Saturday stay, and the B&B has the right to re-sell the entire house rental for that date.

【Announcements】

For bookings on national holidays, Spring Festival, and Taiwan Music Festival, a deposit of 50% of the total room price is required.

National holidays, Spring Festival, and Taiwan Music Festival - Cancellation and rescheduling rules:

• If cancellation is notified 60 days before the stay during national holidays, Spring Festival, or Taiwan Music Festival, a full refund of the deposit will be given, and one reschedule is accepted.
• If cancellation is notified 60 days after the stay during national holidays, Spring Festival, or Taiwan Music Festival, the deposit will not be refunded.
• If cancellation is not notified or delayed within 7 days of the stay during national holidays, Spring Festival, or Taiwan Music Festival, the B&B has the right to re-sell the entire house rental for that date.

《Typhoon Cancellation/Postponement》

Criteria for natural disasters and force majeure:

• Land typhoon warning announced by the Meteorological Bureau.
• East Rail Line fully suspended announced by the Railway Bureau.

If the above conditions are met, refunds or postponements can be made within three months, starting from the day of cancellation, after mutual agreement between the parties.

Transportation Guide

• Enter Hengchun Township, Pingtung County, and proceed along Ping'e Highway/Beilu Road/Tai 26 Route for 200 meters towards County Road 200.
• Keep left to continue on Beilu Road/County Road 200, passing by the Golden Buddha Sculpture Workshop on the right for about 550 meters.
• After passing QQ Buffet on the left, turn left and proceed about 450 meters.
• Join Hengbei Road and go straight for 600 meters.
• Turn left onto Dongmen Bridge/Dongmen Road/County Road 200, and continue for about 52 meters.
